In order to receive a full refund for your order, you must return it postmarked within one business day from the arrival date of your merchandise. If you decide to exchange your order, place a new order for the item you want and we will issue a credit to your charge account once we receive the returned merchandise. Please note that it can take your credit card company up to one full billing cycle to post any credit we apply to your account. A receipt is required for both refunds and exchanges. All sales are final after 30 days from the receipt date. All returns and exchanges for any reason must be in new condition: unused with tags attached. All orders will be thoroughly inspected for damage before shipment date and after upon the return of the order. If any of these guidelines are not met, your order will be shipped back to you.
If your order is in-stock, we typically ship orders within 7 days. For orders that are out-of-stock, we will contact you to let you know when we will ship it to you but it will be within 30 days. We estimate to ship your order by the date on our website but it is not a guarantee. International customers are responsible to pay for extra fees that may apply to the order. If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
